INDIA - Better Luck Next Time!!
by Prakash Ram on Aug 16, 2008 09:50 PM  | Hide replies

Indian Atheletes who watched today's 100m finals would have learnt a Valuable lesson..

Better run the last 25M in a relaxed way like Bolt..instead of relaxing in the first 25 mts!!

Just this change and India will win this event Next time!!

You are right. The last 25 metres after he saw that there is no one in sight, he relaxed and probably he could have finished the race in atleast 0.1 secs faster.

HOW happy I am to see BOLTS win through UK channels ( Johnson (200m WR HOLDER) commenting .

Sure I enjoy quality of life in UK in knowing world events through better channels. The race was so spectacular that I am youtubing all of earlier Bolts vs powell vs tyson sprints ..BOLT rules and will rule for sure !

wooooo.... its 9.69
by James Bond on Aug 16, 2008 08:41 PM

Its 9.69, it was corrected later

Bolt had a bad start, despite that, the way he accelerated, Gosh!
Bolt infact started celebrating after 80M mark.
Usain Bolt ran 9.69, second place Richard Thompson ran at 9.89, that was the dominance. woooooooo! what a Rush!
.
All Eyes on 200M mark, Johnsons record going down the drain for sure.
.
I miss Maurice Greene and Marion Jones :(
