Is India really short of talent??
by Pankaj Ghuliani on Aug 10, 2008 12:09 AM

This lady took the bold step of exposing a typical indian sports official. But thers nothing new. I used to play football at school level and played st state level twice. Theres so much politics and drama involved even at such a level (District or State) and for a sport like football which isnt seen as a future option in our country. Most of the people who are made officials are realted to politicians and are there to make money and promote their relatives. they dont know anything about sports but know much about politics and how to promote their own person rather than the one who deserve it. These people doesnt feel ashamed when a country of more than billion people wins a rare silver or bronze in some sport less known. I used to be very proud of my country but seriously I dont think it holds any future.

>>IOC found Monika dopped and they confirmed themselves in the 11th hour and pulled off her.
>>She was replaced by anothr girl, and accedentally all the documentation found ready for the replacement with in 24hrs.....
>>Monika blame the other girl and her lobby behind the story...
>>Monika approchaes his state CM, who has given confidence to Manmohon....
>>Now SAI says she is clear.... but due to time constrain IOC cannot make her in the ring... but they will sent her to Bejing....
>>Now to which status she is going to Bejing? as a sportsperson or as a public paid holiday?

>>Why the Mr.Kalmodi and his team will not face action?

>>WHAT IFf Monika did not approachd her state CM...

One Hell of a Shameful act...
by Blueboy on Aug 10, 2008 12:05 AM  | Hide replies

Perfect Trap to stop Monika from going to China. How the heck all charges were cleared? How in the first place she tested positive? And now suddenly how she got cleared? Pure politics and nothing else.

SAI stands for Shameless Association of India.

Monika cleared of doping charge
by RAVEENDRAN on Aug 09, 2008 11:46 PM

If Monica cannot participate in olympics then Govt. of India should apologise to People of India and people of Manipur particular.
India's under performance in Olympics is due to the lack of strong nationalism among Indians.

IOC is private body
by Ashish on Aug 09, 2008 11:45 PM  | Hide replies

Note: IOC is a private body, and NOT a govt. org.. It though gets funded from Govt., for sports activity. One cannot even put a simple RTI on IOC (funny). Its like a NGO. If any one else has courage, power & money, then come forward and challenge IOC and make a new org.. Else, Kepp our mouth shut, and see the clowns running the circus(...oops Show). :)

If ICL can come up against the big BCCI, why not in front of IOC?
