Levon Aronian did not beat Indian GM (better is International GM), he beat World No.1 our Anand, Chess 960 is a Tier-II level and not Tier-I, hope the writer knows it...
Its a strategy, as Anand know in and out of chess, next to other than Kasprov.

There is a formula for this. The more the brains you have to use, the less the spectators. This is similar to statements made by Stephen Hawking in his "brief history of time", where he says that "for every additional physics equation i add in the book, my publishers were afraid that the less appeal it would have to the public".
Anand may not be mass-popular like cricketers, but nevertheless, his achievments are un-matchable.
