If this were a cricket news, over 3000 posts might be flying on it, that goes on to show that we are still not interested in genuine sports except entertaining ones like cricket. If chess had even 10% of money as cricket has, we would have many number 1s by now. BTW why Anand couldnt become #1 was because the greatest player of all time in chess, Kasparov was Anand's contender. As long as Kasparov was there, Anand couldnt become either world #1.
