Indian Politics has its base in reservation , religion and community. This was brought in by the British (who don't follow it in their country0 and our people have got hooked to it. This habit is very difficult to break as people have got used to it.
70 years of reservation and 50 % still backward. The reservation system is a failure.If the system cannot raise the morale of the so called backward communities, it deserves to be discarded and replaced with an effective mechanism. The world has moved much ahead and we Indians cannot be left behind. It is time to cut the strings held by the political exploiters loose and let the oppressed into the freeway of development .

State at present wants to keep this disparity alive..no one is interested in well fare all they need is vote.
simple thing no reservation on cast base even there is no logic on economic base, yes of course give full facilities to poor, economically backwards, give 100% fee waiver, free transport and meals. free hostel accommodation.but no reservation in any case

Reservation must for SCST BCZ they were oppressed for 5000 yrs & recently UpperCasteSangheee MP Dubey got his feet washed a water drunk by a dalit???????????????????/
I feel grave injustice is being done to the common man. Once a person gets a job under SC/ST, he is treated on par with other officials. But, providing reservations in promotions is grave injustice. The common employee in a government department is not getting even a single promotion, after putting in 25 years of service, but an SC / ST official is getting a minimum of three promotions. Is this not injustice. Once a person gets a job under SC/ST quota, the reservation should be stopped not only for his family and in promotions also. Then only the real equality comes.

my dear i had seen offices getting 3 promotions at a time, as there were no officer for reservation class in promoted category,Lower division clerk directly became assessing officer getting 3 promotions skipping high division clerk, deputy office superintendent,and office superintendent.very painfull
Rich and poor are the two category in the reservation people. Only rich people taking advantage of the reservation policy and robbing their own brothers & sisters so stop this, only poor people will have to get the benefit & this demand must be done by the poor reservation people only
Once the reservation is allowed for a person & his family is settled, this quota should be abolished for his offsprings. Inspite of quota,if he cant develop his son/daughter then what is the meaning of this system. Hence reservation should only for economically backward people instead of cast. If it is implemented, the day is not far where INDIA will grow like anything. These nasty politicians are using our beloved SC/ST brothers for their vote bank only. Our SC/ST brothers should realize this facts and think in favour of our country.
Govt should abolish states based on languages and create a new structure called states that want reservation and states that do not. People who do not want reservation can shift to the states of their choice and enjoy the open competition and progress. People who want reservation can be put in the respective states and let them reservation and enjoy the pluses or minuses thereof.

China developed Hong Kong and Macau. India failed to develop any of their union territories or specially administered cities in the same line. This is Indias last chance to develop a first world city or country with high standard of living and salary. People in those union territories should not be allowed to enter and settle illegally unless with special conditions.
In parliamentary democracy with leaders like mayawati, mulayam, lalu, owaisi and even some from bjp and congress it is impossible
One of the most overrated hero in the indian history was Babasaheb ambedkar. His intention was good, but he was non pragmatic who borrowed and copied an entire constitution from abroad. Reservation is an enemy of this nation and India will remain a third world country till the caste system and reservation continues. The entire structure, bureaucracy, parliamentary democracy suffers under this caste system.
It must be abolished if India has to make meaningful progress to next level and all subsidies in education, social welfare and other benefits can be provided to dalits who are poor not the one who roam on bullet bike, threaten people in college and universities and government offices by asking bribes, insulting everyone even someone like me who are not from their religion, community or part of their caste system.

Agree, Reservation must only be to BPL or LIG group. How a country can be called Secular if reservation is on caste basis.

check the list of people who were caught red handed taking bribes, guilty of possessing disproportionate assets, commuting frauud etc

Few days back I went to my university to take my marksheet. The name of that university was Babasaheb Ambekdar University. As soon as I entered with inquiry, people who sat there roughed me, talked harshly with me thinking I am upper caste. When I requested for transcript just for first year as I did my second and third from other university, he started roughing me more instead of providing me service with hospitality. At last he threatened me with consequences to getting me out of the door. I then contacted one of the backward class person a friend of mine, who called his dad and he called his friend an officer who then talked with the head of department who then said yes sir, we will find the records in the register with fake smile.
Being from minority community the dalits harasses people with no accountability and action on them. I then realized if dalits face the anger of upper caste, one of the reason is they have showed low virtue, backwardness in uplifting their community to high standard. I remain outsider and neutral but understood the problem.

MaadharChodhsAre everywhere in India but more in North India. For instance, 20% North Indians AreMaadharChods but that rate is less than 2% in South India.
According to me, South India means Kerala, TN, AP, Karnataka, Telangana; East India means Orissa, WB, Assam and North-Eastern states; and North India means all other states (including Bihar, Jharkhand, Maharashtra and Gujarat) not covered in South & East India.
MaadharChodhsInclude rapists, robbers, dacoits, murderers, religious extremists, corrupt fellows, cell phone snatchers, laptop snatchers, chain snatchers, corrupt govt officials, dirty politicians, etc (notwithstanding the literal meaning of the term).
IN SOUTH CRIMES ARE BETTER REPORTED whereas in North India, crimes poorly reported.
Delhi, UP, MP, Haryana, Punjab and Bihar are the worst places where MaadharChodhsAre highest in proportion.
Just like credit rating, there should be criminality rating. It should be made mandatory to hang or shoot 130,000 criminals pan-India every year (100,000 North Indians, 20,000 South Indians, 10,000 East Indians). Everyday at least 70 criminals (25,000 per year including Jats, Yadavs, Gujjars, IzlamicCriminals, etc) should be hanged in NCR, Noida and Haryana.
All Indians (South or North) need conscience-development training, but there should be special focus on reforming North Indians.
