Past records of the recent 5 arrested is exemplary for fighting legally against govt for rights of tribals, Adivasis and unlettered. To accuse them of violent methods is something only most desperate can come up with. Arrest was meant to be message to civil society to co operate with govt for land grab or we will finish you off. Also put media into submission not to print anything against the govt. Notebandi was suppose to break the back of Naxals, Terrorists, what happened? Simple questions like these are not even being entertained by those in power.

Declaring " We fight for tribal rights" does not mean they really fight for rights. You are mixing up issues here confusing yourself and others too.
Stick to the case at hand. Varavara Rao is a known Naxalite. So is Gonzalves and others. They actively recruit people from urban areas for Maoists. These are people who are part of a team which was given specific task of propaganda, HR and logistics part of Maoists in urban areas.
These people act as sleeper cells for Maoists who kill citizens and Police at will like monsters.
Only in select cases like Satyen Dube or Manjunatha , activism helped citizens. Otherwise Activism in India is BOGUS and FRAUUD.

these activists are nothing but self-glorifying individuals who do little work and give wide publicity but in reality i have come across many such social activists and their hidden agenda is quite disturbing and towards spoiling the atmosphere. do you justify elgaar - where is the threat to downtrodden - it is created by vested interests and blown out of proportion in newspaper owned by vested interests.... hooka pani bandh ho gaya hai iske liye somehow pull down this govt and enjoy the privileges......
