Rafale issue is sensitive and related to defense activities ....
by Ramanarao Kallepally on Oct 31, 2018 05:45 PM  | Hide replies

The Supreme court of India has taken a firm decision on Rafale price issue considering the confidential matters keeping in view of Defense Protection in India in view of price escalation, which was ordered during the corrupt congress regime but could not proceed further due to commission distribution amongst the Corrupt Congress ruling particularly Defense Ministry who looks mum could not finalise the deal keeping in view of the Defense interest and providing latest techniques in its multiple operations which involved overall price structure of Jet operating with full loaded equipment during its operation due to which the price decided by C.Cong. regime is very much low in NDA regime which has been certified by Air Chief Marshal recently in the Media. Keeping in view of all the above criteria s the Highest Legal Opinion Court (Supreme Court of India) has given its decision which is a self explanatory for all the allegations leveled by Corrupt Congress people particularly RaGa President of AICC now proved failure like in MPs recent defamation case and Lord Sabarimala case etc. Print this message.

Congress ignored national safety
by Truth Prevails on Oct 31, 2018 03:13 PM  | Hide replies

Congress ignored national safety and put our borders at risk. Now when BJP is trying to strengthen our Defence, they are green with envy. Obviously they will try to throw a spanner into the works.

The secrecy
by Chaitanya B on Oct 31, 2018 03:01 PM

The govt contends that while revealing pricing details to Parliament, it will also be revealing the corresponding security features that contribute to the pricing.

I wonder how these security features will remain secret.

Let's say there is some junior technician at Reliance who needs to perform maintenance activities on the plane. Will he not be aware of what security features the plane has? If a junior technician can be aware, why can't the Parliament be aware, of those security features?

I AM TRAPPED........BHAYIYOM OF BAHNOM
by KRISHNAN DAMODARAN on Oct 31, 2018 02:13 PM  | Hide replies

The court has not asked for the technicalities and competencies of Rafeal. It asking about the cost of Rafeal and Reliance involvement and share( Anil AMBANI). Anil Ambani is a sinking ship. How can a person who owes about 40,000 crores to Banks sleep ? Any way he cannot abscond like Lalith Modi, Nirav Modi or Mallaya as one FDI has filed a suit against him. Urjith Patel is at the exit door now . I wonder why the stock market remain like this

by brian crasto on Oct 31, 2018 02:06 PM

Most of the defence deals are purchased from abroad. The same countries which sell defence equipments sell to various countries. Dassault group is public listed co and what is the guarantee that strategic and confidential information will be kept by them.

Judiciary crossing all limits
by MANOJ KUMAR on Oct 31, 2018 02:06 PM  | Hide replies

Judiciary in India is crossing all limits, some of its stands/decisions are questionable. When need of the hour is giving time bound decisions on all the pending cases, it seems " Some of the Judges " are acting according to their "Personal Political belief"
