Judiciary in India is crossing all limits, some of its stands/decisions are questionable. When need of the hour is giving time bound decisions on all the pending cases, it seems " Some of the Judges " are acting according to their "Personal Political belief"
Its a failure of past GOVT. in 70 years do not able to manufacture required military equipment and we depend on foreign country. what a joke ? and even bigger joke is we pull each other legs after purchase of military equipment from foreign country. So sorry state of people of India.

Govt. should cancel the Rafael deal and put all the information on every cross road and even handover the deal details to enemy country.
Govt. should bring the law for precondition as 2 years army duties and frontline defender during war situation for any person who want to become representive in any institution which required people 's mandate.
Time has come to the point that an Independent Judge selection commission to be formed for selection of Judge for Supreme Court & High Court for transparency. Also No current or ex. MP as lawyer should be permitted in Supreme court or High Court for practice.
If strategic and confidential matters related to the purchase of Rafale is available with PM, Army chief, Defence Minister, Defence secretary and various other people involved with the purchase and negotiation of Rafale,
THEN
I think the GOI can give the strategic and confidential information to the CJI in an envelope too.

K K Venugopal, Attorney General representing the Government of India had expressed his reservation about disclosing details of pricing as its price is not even disclosed in the parliament. Even in other matter before the Apex court, the court has asked about the decision making process and not about price. The court has asked K.K. Venugopal to give reasons for his reservation for not disclosing pricing in an affidavit. KK Venugopal is the one of the top senior counsel and he will advice government accordingly.
