Constitution, must be respected , but if constitution needs to be respected, it cannot be at the cost of a religion .Give respect , take respect. Then constitution should also respect religion .Religion cannot be roughshod to appease constitution. Faith comes first, then constitution.
So now ... remove all reservations and quotas ...they were there only for ten years .... ... give minority status tag to only those communities with 5% population or less ...

Nalin Kishor! Please take proper information about system before commenting on social platform. Otherwise it reflects on you. SC has not given reservation. It was given by political management. It was extended by political management.You should not make such comment in reference with court.
CONSTITUTION IS NOT NUT TO BE BROKEN AND EATEN AGAIN AND AGAIN. Constitution is nothing but a religion. Do you know greatness of our constitution? Please refer speeches of Modiji in 2014. Entire development in the nation except Modi regime in Gujarat happened due to the constitution.Even Modiji could acquired such position after having dose from constitution in his childhood. Where are you my friend? Please start reading news papers, articles, books. Please start taking information from speeches of Modiji about constitution.

The founding fathers were not avadhuts. They could not see how times would change in India and the world and most unexpected events happen. They wrote the constitution for people like you, who are satisfied with superficial, follow the herd,inert, not questioning, satisfied eating the same nut again and again. Sir, I do not know your educational level!
Which constitution? SC can hear an antinational at midnight but has no time for an issue of 100 crores for decades? No faith in SC, this is led by biased people.

It is the same constitution under which the criminal party like BJP is in power even after demolishing a property under judicial consideration. Actually a political party is supposed to teach the people for following the law of land.
After the passage of centuries , it is extremely difficult to pin point ownership in the present day, especially when the land ownership has been changing hands now and then. It looks as if the Allahabad High Court verdict is the best for all concerned.

Sudarshan You are 50% correct. Irrespective of a ruler, civil matters remain in continuation. In this case, who were may be the ruler, there must be some documentary evidence of ownership of land. Court should have done a verdict based on documents. Distribution by Allahabad High court was wrong and hence all approached supreme courts.

Which rule, which provides total bias for SC,ST and backward. Which is one sided for women cases. Which is different to politicians and govt. servants comparing to common man. Which does not have opening for poor, needy and deprived. Shame on such laws after 70 years of independence.

Aryngopal Agarwal! please refer speeches of your icon Modiji. According to Modiji whatever good is happened in India is due to constitution. There is exception to this law. It is about good things happened under Modiji regime in Gujarat. There whatever happened was due to Modiji.Now it must be same for the nation. Why are you blaming laws, rules and the constitution. RSS leaders told that reservation should continue for 1000 years.Why are not communicating your thoughts to Modiji? There is an open invitation by Modiji for new ideas.
