CBI fiasco
by daniel thorat on Oct 25, 2018 07:39 AM  | Hide replies

The frenzied attempts of PM Modi to plug the leaks on Rafale have been undone. Common people now understand that the chaiwala has all the cunning and courage to undo every procedure and Constitutional provision to do things in such a way that he continues to be PM. In that bargain what happens to the nation is of no consequence. CBI director was removed in a desperate, reckless move, which may in all probability be struck down and undone by the SC. But who knows what will happen to the judiciary itself? The Temple issue is being whipped up along with other things with the help of the UP CM,RSS and other abusive people supporting the PM. A 31% voter supported BJP govt. is running riot with 69% voters of 2014 meekly watching all these things happen. That is a real pity.

Why not Rahul Gandhi take additional charge of CBI? He appears to be already knowing so much.

Raffale - CBI- Playback Singer
by kaladhara saralaya on Oct 24, 2018 11:20 PM  | Hide replies

We know who is doing what in Indian Politics. They can't fool us. Some one want to give the details of Raffale to China via PAK and therfore bent on hammering the govt to get the details via bribe tool. CBI is the bnew tool. In Karnataka Lokayukta was shunted out with the sam etricks and now the same is being replayed for CBI and with SC judgdes too.

Rafale details to China is a joke ! Who can be fooled to think that China stands to gain a great advantage only by knowing the details i.e. the paper details of the contract. Where is the actual machine, and the actual bombs, and the actual fleet and the actual trained fliers and the actual war situation? It is false scenario created by vocal lyres through media. The great plot of Rafale is undone. The China bogey can really not fool India.

Rafale matter is under the Supreme Court as the Court has demanded required particulars in a sealed envelope. At this stage CBI cannot poke its nose in Rafale matter. Then why to blame Govt. for Rafale deal referring CBI?

Does He Know Any Thing About Shaw Commission Report? What His Grand Mother With The Report?
A Commission of Inquiry must dig into the material and keep on probing till it has unravelled the truth. It must retain the initiative throughout.
The report of a Commission of Inquiry has no binding force by itself. A Commission cannot impose a penalty. That is for the law courts to do after a trial. Moreover, the setting up of a Commission of Inquiry is no bar to the launching of a prosecution.
Arun Shourie, former BJP leader and political commentator. "Anything happens anywhere in the country (like the heinous rape and murder in Kathua), everyone always ends up demanding, 'This should be investigated by the CBI.' We are now getting a glimpse into what the real nature and condition of the CBI is."
The CBI took its birth on ‘All Fools Day’ (April 1), 1963, The CBI being treated like a camel in the desert by the government which kept loading it with all kinds of baggage, including a highly questionable tool to bring pressure on its political opponents CBI can be seen to be dancing to the tunes, or to put it in the words of the hon’ble Supreme Court, a caged parrot repeating whatever its masters have tutored it to speak.
