When was the last time CBIquestioned a sitting Prime Minister. Have they become more free and independent under current regime? Why did they start raising questions over Rafale deal? Who assigned this task to them? It was CAG's area of expertise to study and analyse the deal. Why did he reuse to heed Congress's request to do the same?
