Reliance has formed a partnership with Dassault Aviation… through a joint venture company named Dassault Reliance Aerospace Limited... The JV company will be a key player in the execution of offset obligation, including the entire Life Cycle Performance Based Logistics for the 36 fighter aircraft; valued at about Rs 300 billion. This is part of the purchase pact between the Indian and French governments,' says the report in a section headed 'Management Discussion and Analysis' The media report quoted the MEDIAPART article as saying that top Dassault official Loik Segalen had explained to the staff representatives on May 11, 2017 that the joint venture with Reliance was `` IMPERATIVE & MANDATORY ``to win the Rafale deal. Further , the deal was announced by PM during a state visit to France without clearance from his cabinet or defence ministry ?. Instead of another defence deal sinking in the quagmire of misgivings , Govt should clear the air as soon as possible.

In other words, the PM violated the DPP (defence procurement procedure) that is mandatory for every major defence related purchase !
The agreement between Dasault & Mukesh Ambani was entered into in February 2012, I repeat in February 2012, as per Economic Times dated 12/02/2012, when UPA was in power. You may Google to find out the truth. Later in 2016, the Ambani brothers agreed between themselves that Anil Ambani would be manufacturing defence eqquipments and Mukesh will not. Now enter politics.
I have been tracking Ajai for a long time. He is a sold out UPA stooge. Such people would be happy compromising the security of the country like the congress and AAP who have asked for the deal to be cancelled. Cn Ajai deny that it is a govt to Govt deal with no middle men? Unlike Borfos and all other deals under the UPA?
