Double Compensation for Jitenra
by jb kar on Oct 15, 2018 02:05 PM

Jitendra must be compensated by the Govt for the error done by system. Aditya Kumar should face fresh charges for falsely implicating an innocent. The Govt should auction Aditya's properties and the proceedings should go to Jitendra as additional compensation.

The responsibility- judiciary
by abbaraju raman on Oct 14, 2018 11:55 AM

because our laws are flawed and innocents get punished, and that too without any compensation and regrets from judiciary and police. They treat normal citizens as scapegoats.
Hope the judiciary opens its eyes before its too late.

No Compensation????
by Musalmaan Masala on Oct 13, 2018 09:12 PM

Jitendra should be compensated for being falsely lodged in jail for a "crime". Our police are known to implicate innocent people so that their bosses (politicians) are pacified as one more "crime" is "solved" AND THE VOTERS ARE FOOLED INTO THINKING THAT LAW AND ORDER IS ESTABLISHED once again.

Then these innocents are freed by the courts for "lack of evidence" BUT NO ONE SEEKS COMPENSATION because in our country there is no such thing as "compensation for wrongs done by the state to its citizens" which is surprising seeing that the Government seeks compensation when taxes are not paid or fines citizens for misdeamanors. Then why not the other way round too.

by umesh dalmia on Oct 13, 2018 04:34 PM

i am surprised that what was jitenders lawyer was doing??? If this was a bailable offence he would have been given bail in couple of days. no point keeping him in jail for 86 days on such offence.
