Its clear that the law is faulty, as an innocent man had to endure jail term and dispensers of the justice (our courts) are just ignoring this. The guilty police men should be made accountable and asked to pay a huge compensation. Otherwise there will never be an end to this harassment/miscarriage of justice.

If police could not produce any incriminating document against the boy ,then what the judge was doing ? Just putting people in jail without looking at the proof ? This is our present Justice System for Common man. Is Supreme Court which sits till wee hour to hear High Profile Cases listening ?

COMPENSATION SHOULD COME FROM BANK ACCOUNTS OF POLICEMEN INVOLVED IN FALSE IMPLICATION OF THIS INNOCENT MAN!!!

True... recently compensation. Is awarded by SC to an ISRO Scientist.... legal action should also be taken for wrongful confinement.....
