I support this PIL. We all know the condition under which the food is prepared/served in trains and added to that non veg food has even severe chances of getting spoiled. One meal without nonveg should not be an issue for the non veg personnel. I know many ardent non veg eaters who opt for veg meals on trains to keep away from possibility of spoilt food. Let there be only veg food (even avoid milk products like paneer) on trains.

While I have all sympathy for his condition. I may ask him to do much simpler things for his community. 1.Can he file a PIL to stop Loudspeaker Azan 5 times as to the best of my knowledge there was no Mike in Hazarat's days. 2. Can he teach his fellow brothers NOT to marry 4 times or produce 16(avg) children and create an impossible situation on poor India. 3.Can he do something to spend his time & energy to spread Education to hes fellow brothers.If not,please don't do stunt & gimmick and tolerate for 17/18 hrs of travelling.

Mr Subash: It is acceptable to your point No.3. However it is applicable to all Indians irrespective of any religions.
Reg 3 & 4 it is common among all males throughout India - In the referred religion for point No.3 it is reported to be stated in their holy book. Whether it is happening among them all. Many practice only Indian system and culture. A few arguments sake just oppose quoting irrelevant.
Every individual should adjust to the environment and the society. Literacy makes certain extent to sail with the society.
This man has got agony or aversion on non-veg food. It is applicable to veg food also. It depends on preparation and it is being kept. Foul smells are coming from all the people also - whether this man could file a suit? In star hotels both type of foods are being served - whether he could complain. Anything could be argued in any manner.
Now, file a PIL pleading for imposing a hefty fine on those who use and leave the toilets in trains without properly flushing them !
Even in the high end AC compartments, improperly flushed toilets are not rare occurrences !
The worst offenders are some families, who allow their kids to pee and poo around in the toilets and come away apparently under the firm conviction that their kids poo would be unoffending and even a pleasant sight for their co passengers !
This problem is particularly severe on trains running across North India - no surprises there - !
And trains arriving in Mumbai CST invariably bring a horrendous stench to platforms - worse than every other station !
But this is all in keeping with the fact that the Indian nation is in general, perfectly at ease with pee and poo lying around in public spaces !

THERE IS SOMETHING CALLED " THE SILENT SUFFERERS " AND MANY OF THE RAILWAY TRAVELERS BELONG TO THAT CLASS..VERY NICE OF YOU TO HAVE BROUGHT THIS MATTER UP. HOPE THE COURTS HEAR THIS CASE WELL AND METE JUSTICE. RAILWAYS SHOULD SERVE VEG FOOD ONLY HEREAFTER, ON BOARD...!!!...

Somehow thisCommie wants to indict North India, Modi in all his posts.
In fact, I have seen it is the Commies whoPooo the most and as its against the labour rules to clean it ( there is a specific person who has to do it ) they do not clean it. If any one out of disgust cleans it / get it cleaned, then the person hiding will come out and collect the payment for overwatch.
