In a casual talk over said issue I was surprised that even one of my christian friend does not support the SC decision. It is like even tomorrow even ladies can call that the ISHOP of churches should be a women.

The Ayyappa Legend
by Sudarshan Nityananda on Oct 31, 2018 03:13 PM

What the author says is right but only upto a point. AFter all women are allowed into other Ayappa Temples and there is no restriction . MOreover, the legend of Ayyappa will still hold good if young women worship him, because he is not so weak as to lose his celibacy just because they are there.

It is time for Muslims in India to follow Turkey and Pak in removing Triple Talaq ( with no exceptions) and it's also time to promote equality of worship for women in Sabarimala and rest of India.

Before 1991 and also in 1995 women have entered this temple. . Its all about 2019 election. First NRC card in N East, Then Sabarimala in Kerala, then Netaji card in W Bengal. They want to make up the shortfall of seats in MP, RJ,UP, Bihar, Gj in Kerala, N East and WB. More issues will come. It’s a double standard. They can talk about women right for Triple Talaq but impose ban on women to enter the temple.
