The people who showed their sympathies and solidarity with the JNU students shouting Anti-India slogans last year have again come to power in Karnataka. May good sense prevail upon the general public and they vote sensibly in the next election.
Syed Firdaus Ashraf is keen to write another column damning Mr Modi and he has found another scholar who mirrored his own views. This is a piece of fantasy. If not, can either the interviewer or the columnist explain how BJP grew from 40 seats to 104? Ashraf may HATE Modi but if he wishes to live in his own ivory tower, then media is wasting precious space by having him write his pieces.
The people who believed that the Minorities owe the first share in the country's resources and came up with dubious reservations for the Minorities in Government colleges and jobs were seen prostrating at the Hindu temples before the Karnataka elections. People of India have come to know of their deceitful and treacherous character. Hope the people would vote wisely in the next election.

In 2008, Yeddyurappah led the BJP to 37 % votes and 110 seats in the Karnataka assembly election.
There was no komaaaaali Modi anywhere near any campaign in Karnataka then !
In 2013, fresh from spending a term in prison for iron ore theft and being denied a ticket by the BJP, Yeddyurappah formed his own party (KJP) and picked up 16 % of the total votes in the Karnataka assembly election !
The BJP, as a result went down to 19 % and 40 seats !
In effect, the prison term and the iron ore theft did little to reduce the appeal of Yeddyurappah among his Lingayat vote base !
Realising what happened, Amit Shah rushed to placate Yeddyurappah after the latter was released by a court. In 2018, before the election, the BJP made Yeddy its CM candidate despite stiff internal dissensions !
In 2018, with Yeddyurappah back, the BJP came back to 36 % and won 104 seats !
The Lingayat votes came back !
Where does the braying komaaaaali Modi come into the picture at all ??
Where is the evidence that his braying in the kyndi language fetched any votes for the BJP in Karnataka, any more than what the BJP would have won anyway with or without the komaaaali ?
