Both PB Sawant & this author are 'naive' as well as 'bias
by nagarnaru omgayatri on May 17, 2018 07:08 PM | Hide replies

When BJP dares to go ahead with the SWEARING IN of Yediurappa, it means they have already managed the additional 8-9 MLAs required.
---
If the Hon'ble SC Judge (retired) PB Sawant genuinely believes this Govt will fall in 15 days he is just a droll.
---
Governor's action can not be challenged in a court of law.
---
Hon'ble SC Judge (retired)PB Sawant should explain what he means by GROUP.
---
Unwarranted observations - like BJP ruling with 31% vote - lends credence to the belief that this interview is a 'managed' one & the target is Modi

Honesty, sincerity, ethics and following values are the most important pillars of not only our democracy, but also these are the pillars of Hin duism on which we have set up the society / nation.

The recent unethical acts by BJP in the country, especially in Karnataka (hence can be called anti-national), which was also supported by many (paid agents, who have since become anti-national), including some paid TV channels, certainly aids in destroying the fundamental values. The so called saviors of Hin dus themselves indulging in unethical acts (due to which their credibility has become questionable now), which are against the values of Hin dus, and hence one must wonder what kind of society is going to be built with such people who do not have any ethics.

Such acts would not only destroy the fabric of society, but would also be detrimental to the larger interest of the nation in the days to come. Not only that, it would turn the citizen into dishonest and unethical ones.

Is it in the interest of the society / nation ?

31% of votes and 51.90% of the seats.
Talk about seats. that gives clear picture.

if 69% is against this government, how did they get almost 52% of the seats. there are states like Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra, Telangana, West Bengal, North Eastern states where the presence of BJP is marginal or they dont even exist 2014. Factor in these and you know why vote share is less.

He knows very well many things, but do not want to admit anything. He knows what the term "single largest party" means. He also knows what "Pre-poll alliance" means. but will not admit that his interpretation is faulty and wrong. this is how left leaning intellectuals react and behave.

pure trash value interview.

Seswantji, as per Bommai's judgement the Governor can call post poll alliance parties to form the Government if he is satified with the stability of the alliance .,or he can also call the lrgest party to form the government and ask to prove majority with in a stipulated time.So there is nothing wrong with respect to Karnataka Governor calling Yedurappa to form the government.Of course he has asked him to prove majority as per constituion also.No body can grumble except JDS and Conghress.Horsw trading is a different issue, after all our MLA's are human beings with temptation for posts and monetary benefit. It is there in every party,We have to digest these things in our political activity.Yedurappa will resign if he cannot get sufficient numbers, just before or after the time to prove majority.Similar incidents are there in one state or the other.
