Reservations all together is evil and must be scrapped. If a student can not afford schooling , government can aid him or her with financial assistance. That too should be only to an extent and not life long nannying . But this financial aid should be across the board based on the family income ( which can be assessed by IT returns). No caste based assistance here because poverty has no caste.
Age relaxation can be given to so called weaker sections of the society who are less competitive by virtue of social inequality ( or so it is claimed). So if cut off age for an open category person to apply for a job is 25 years, the weaker section person can be relaxed by say 5 years.
Current reservation is nothing but FREEBIE for votes. This evil has reduced India to only 50% productive.

Reservation for any undeserving is a curse which befalls the country and applies break to its progress. Let the people who support any reservation, sacrifice for them and atleast financially support them for survival. higher studies to become deserving the seats/ jobs so that the country does not suffer. Instead, these supporters are firing gun from others' shoulders to kill talent and efficiency. These people should also become the guardians of oppressed people and support them from their own means to the extent their own means permit. Also, some posts like ministers' doctors , should be then reserved for these people. Why make general public the escapegoat for treatment by such doctors? Similarly, the politicians children should study in schools with abundance of reserved category teachers. The lawyers for them in private and official capacity should also be from reserved category. Then only the impact will be felt by them.

If any politician wants to survive, they will have to finish reservation of creamy layer in SC,ST also. They will have to treat all BPL class in SC.ST and all LIG in backward class besides whatever caste card is played. Tough time will be faced by politicians in years to come, as enough is enough.

Yes, there should be no reservation for creamy Sc/Bc. But how to identify upper class poor? A shopkeeper having unlimited earning shows a low income-no check! Only govt. employees (poor) are automatically identified, there is no way to identify poor in business community as almost everyone hides his income.

That is why they have surnames Singh, Chaudhary, etc. They are all real criminals & MCs.
Recently, I saw a 30YearOld JatMaadharChodh kickking and thrashing a 55YearOld gentlemen over a petty argument whereas the mistake was on the part of JatMaadharChodh. JatMaadharChodhs destroyed Rs 25000 crores property while agitating for OBC reservations in 2016. A few years back a JatMaadharChodh was arrested for raping a NorthEast girl. Recently, I saw a GujjarMaadharChodh flaunting an unlicensed pistol in a UP town restaurant and talking loudly. Now PatidarMaadharChodhs, who are among the most prosperous, want reservations under OBC. In fact, in the guise of 'Champions for the cause of OBCs' these criminals, using resrvtns, are getting seats in IITs, IIMs, and other institutions; becoming IAS, Class 1 & other gov officials; and ministers, CMs, etc. First remove the criminals & MCs like Yadavs, Gujjars, Ahirs, Jats, Patels, etc from OBC list and then reduce OBC resrvns to 20% and only the Most Backwards Classes (MBCs)

Correct. But tell me the exact and real definition of rape,robber etc. plus why and for what purpose he is doing robbery? If he is doing only for two meals a day, then Govt need to be punished. There is no caste for crime. All these are happening purely because police and state govt machinery are working like political party agents. These people will do favour when their ruling party comes to power and work against if opposition party comes. The only solution is stop recruiting local people for local governments. Even the castes what you mentioned against whom you have anger like Jats, Yadavs, Gujjers etc, put the posting of these to other states like Kerala,TN & North east. And UP, Rajasthan, Haryana will have police force from North East and South. This will stop bribary,corruption and supporting criminals to a maximum extent. so, my final statement for your long pending issue which you keeps on posting from many years the solution is NO LOCAL OFFICIALS IN ANY DEPARTMENT TO LOCAL GOVT. NORTH INDIAN STATES WILL HAVE NORTH EAST & SOUTH EMPLOYEES. SOUTH INDIANS WILL HAVE JATS,GUJJARS & YADAV OFFICIALS. This will solve the problem 100%. Just do and see. Let the reservation continue. No problem. Until you don't allow them to work with local people and local politicians they don't gain anything.
