Criteria to decide if some caste is backward:
1. Caste should looked down by majority: YadavMaadharChodhs, GujjarMaadharChodhs, JatMaadharChods, PatidarMaadharChodhs, etc are not looked down castes, in fact they look down other castes.
2. The caste should be economically poor: Most of YadavMaadharChodhs, GujjarMaadharChodhs, JatMaadharChodhs, PatidarMaadharChodhs, etc are prosperous people with both accounted and unaccounted income, muscle-power and money-power.
3. That caste people should be educationally backward: If you stand in their localities--you can see YadavMaadharChodhs, GujjarMaadharChodhs, JatMaadharChodhs, PatidarMaadharChodhs, etc by evening 8 PM drinking wwhisky and yelling at the height of their voices: BanaChodh, MadaChodh, BehenKeLauda, BoseDK, whereas a Brahmin prefers to spend time on reading and studying. If YadavMaadharChodhs, GujjarMaadharChodhs, JatMaadharChodhs, PatidarMaadharChodhs, etc are educationally backward, it is not becuause they are really poor enough to study, it is because they not interested; they are interested in spending their time drinking, YellingAbuses, going to RedLight areas, etc. That is cultivated educational-backwardness because of wealth & arrrogance. So obviously they cannot be called educationally backward to be eligible for OBC Reseravations.
OBC reservations may be given only to Most Backward Castes.
YadavMaadharChodhs, GujjarMaadharChodhs, JatMaadharChodhs, PatidarMaadharChodhs, etc should be removed from OBC lis
