Comprehension is an attribute of a knowledge centric, advanced society - like the west where there is an attempt to foster excellence in every facet of society. They despise MEDIOCRITY.
Here in India we by LAW enforce mediocrity and substandard life in the name of social equality. Life in India is CASTE BASED.
Every thing the article talk about is BOGUS at best. It is like you read Noam Chomsky and puke on here without even understanding what it means.
India is a SUBSTANDARD society and we created it because by nature we accept substandard living. Be is caste based politics, reservation, corruption, regionalism or PLAIN INDIFFERENCE or CYNICISM.

Comprehension helps a citizen to take a decision. Not sh^t load of propaganda data in the garb of ANALYSIS and OPINION ( with prejudice).
Sam Pitroda is still stuck in his megalomanical self of 1982. He should realize that the earth made 35 rounds around the Sun since his hay days as a celebrated technocrat in an era where we had one telephone in each village ( or less) in Indira Gandhi administration.
Instead of singing along with the idiots in Congress party, as a technocrat ( if he thinks he still has it in him) should come up with some solution to solve a problem.
What he seems to be doing is , like every worthless idiot in Congress party, resorting to Modi bashing.
Not many people know who Sam Pitroda is today. Whoever knows him ( from the 80s generation), will quickly junk him if he resorts to this kind of stupidity.

Very well summarized. The problem with many of these folks is they behave extremely condescending and patronizing. He thinks he is very smart but clearly gives away his congress affiliation.
