Judge Chelleshwar or Activist Chelleswar ?
by aam admi on Mar 30, 2018 10:13 AM

Since public press conference and reaction against CJI in front of Press , the senior to him and insisting for certain cases to given to them, the 4 special judges , and this too they were doing at the behest of Congress and Leftists, to hit the existing Govt.
He is still doing the same by raising this bogie.
He is posing more as culprit than a hero of democracy. Looks more a autocrate than a devotee of democracy.
Why he is making such a hue and cry and defying CJI ? what purpose will it serve ?

This Justice Chameleon is a front for the Left and Congressis. He owes his position to the left/congress combine and talks the language of politicians. I would rather suggets- Justice please resign and vacate your chair. You are not fit to hold on to that position. Atleast millions like me have no confiredence in you. You are a political stooge and you are goibng to act like one. Hence in the interest of judiciary, Justice Chameleon, please resign and join the party which is your backer. Perhaps that is in your own interest and also of Indian Public/

Justice Chelameshwar seem to be frustrated and depressed as he and Chief Justice Mishra became judges of the Apex Court on the same day. However Mishra was lucky to become Chief Justice, while Justice Chelameshwar as absolutely no chance to become Chief Justice even for a day and will retired as only senior Justice under the tenure of Justice Mishra. Justice Chelameshwar and the party supporting him is fully exposed before the people of this country.

What was he doing on the day he went to presser giving morality talk, was he smooching with CPI Raja then. he should be debarred from joining any party , or given any govt approved job after retirement for atleast 5 years. these judges are co--holding with political parties for their future moolas. they are least bothered about giving justice to the people of the country. what reforms were brought in by him, suggested by him has been taken in his long carrer in supreme court.

I know rediff will not print this message.

The communists has absolutely no scope to come to power at the center on their own for ever. They and their ideology is rightly rejected by the people all over the country . This party has intention to take over control of educational institutions and judiciary and to put hurdles in the progress of the country. Sardar Patel has rightly predicted about the nuisance of communists in 1948 and was of the opinion that if you want to build a nation, communists should not have any place there.

Congress, communists and other parties supporting move for impeachment of Chief Justice has absolutely no chance that they will succeed. If they have guts, let them try to bring motion for impeachment and time they want.

These 4 agitating judges need impeachment by govt. itself. actually judges feel above all including democracy, they have never cared for public opinion, majority of them are congress patronized.
They never fought for more working days, quick decisions, and on the right of equality.

None of the judges are bothered about pending cases which are increasing day by day. Ex Chief Justice Lodha got wisdom only few days before his retirement that the working hours of courts must be increased . He enjoyed alltge vacations during his tenure. Supreme Court is still having summer vacation of nearly two months which is continued from pre independence British era when hardly hundreds of cases were pending before the Apex Court. Why such long summer vacations be reduced to only 15 days ?
