If Cong wants Paper ballots, then why should they accept the recent bye election results. Let them disown them and withdraw their winners. That's the only honest way.
Make voting age 40 instead of 18 so that paper voting is managed properly. We know how congress used to do all play with paper votes in past as a ruling party at counting centers.

who will pay for that will congress giving suggestion is easy but implementation will be expensive , one can not go back it is like going from airplane to bullock card

It is Congress which introduced EVMs long back, now crying against it and asking to revert back to paper ballot, voting. It is all nonsense and waste of money.material,and curse for Environment. Without feeling for the country and its environment, Congress under the leadership of semi educated of a Catholic , Italian origin lady and his son are ready to destroy country's environment by insisting on using paper ballot paper and causing harm to billions of trees to be cut to produce paper for ballot purpose. May be some paper businessmen are behind this demand. Congress must desist from the demand of such a backward step to have paper ballot. It is idiotic and backward and against the technology and will cause immense harm to Environment.
