Most of the developed nations are adopting ballot papers. We are still a developing nation whats the harm in going with ballot papers. I dont think any political parties should have a problem unless they have some ulterior motive.
both Cong BJpP are out of reckoning in 145 seats (Odsh,TR AP, WB TN)or may be grab a few seats . In addtion cong is out of reckoning in 75-85 seats in UP Bhr .. that leaves just over 300 seats to fight for to get 275 , impossible for cong !! for BJp its is much better to grab 275 from about 400- looks difficult but around 230 with a good sucess% possible.
tracing backward ,one can be sure that 1st session must have there.the point is what was resolves in 83rd session what not implemented on ground, thus we can go backward to 1 st and find that the resolution in each seccesive session were not fully done on ground proof 1. so much paverty in 70 years that every citizen and comunity is demanding reservation 2. very where you find trash and dirt in the each cornerafter 70 years of azadi 3.bhrastachar........ and brashchar in time since azadi 4.no univercity of world class ,not coming in frist 200 ranks 5.see the state of affairs of sports in the counrty in 70 years of AZADI 6. Paper ballots have ink that can be vanished automatically and complete ballot boxes can be stollen by goons of constituency also people can vote on dummy ballots which in turn always gives vote congress. This used to happen on times of indira gandhi...
