Congress had spread like a disease in this country where local body ( village level ) leaders were mere thugs and enforcers with family might. Most of these scoundrels are uneducated, good for nothing chamchas who use the might of violence to steer village and district level politics - much like RJD which is an ally of the congress.
The UPA destroyed India's economy so much that the impact is still felt even after 4 years of non-UPA rule.
