There should be overall development. Development should not bein pockets. All resources were pumped into Hyderabad. People suffered. Same methods are being followed for Amaravati as well.
35,000 crores to build capital. You would be surprised to know how much was spent for Jarkhand, Uttarakhand.
12 central educational institutes were sanctioned. Can any body give which state got 12 institutes in less than 3 years?
Payment is going to be based on progress made. It should not be blanket checks.

I think you may not have the History during the election campaign did by Mr.Modi, Mr.Naidu and Cine Hero Mr.Pavan Kalyan.
The decision of Mr.Naidu is too late. He just opened his eyes after four years, where opposition party and citizens are very angry with the attitude of BJP. Before becoming PM, Mr.Modi in his election campaign, assured for 10 yrs special status for AP, where Mr.Naidu emphasised the need minimum 15 years at Turupati in front of Holy Venkateswara Swamy Tirumala Hill. After coming to power, both of them ignored the need of special status, showing the cause of 14th Pay Commission Recommendations. There is no value for former PM Mr.Manmohan Singh's announcement in Parliament about the special status for AP for 5 years. Both are the culprits on this issue. Undoubtedly, people must take revenge on this in forthcoming elections.
But BJP Govt sanctioned 20K Crores special package to Bundelkhand (UP), where the state is enjoying with Capital City, infrastructure etc. It seems the Central is in double standards.

CBN is following same method, pull all resources and put it at same place. There should be overall development.
I cannot fathom that it would take 35,000 crores to build capital.
Payment is based on progress that has been made. There should not be blank checks.
Request was Rs. 20,000 crores for Hydudh cyclone, when details were asked it came down to less than 1,000 crores.
Hyderabad spent close to 20,000 crores, instead of overall development of Telangana. Same methods are being used in Andhra. We are all for overall development of our beloved country. We need to use the funds efficiently.
