It is painful that stoning army falls under our domain but stating truth about Assam lies outside the domain of army- can we be handed over these mongers from Media who is blatantly catalysing unrest in society to fix them for once for all.

The Army chief's version of AIUDF is authentic based on the experience of the army in the region.
media sh^t heads come up with conspiracy theories and sh^tty anecdotes to tell every one how bad army chief is ?
Had the army chief done the same thing against BJP , the same load of sh^t heads in the press would have rallied unabashedly and told every one HOW BOLD the army chief has been to say what he said.
The biggest threat to our freedom of expression and knowledge is these two dime intellectuals who think they know every thing.
What the general said is in context and absolutely true. he was only talking about the national security which AIUDF is under watch for resorting to anti India activities and resorting to propaganda ( albeit surruptiously) against India.
The media is littered with idiots whose ability to tell the difference between their two orifices given half a dozen clues JUMP and comment on the chief of armed staff of the largest democracy on earth. Why ? because it does not have repercussions.
In any other country including the USA, imbecile like the author would have been prosecuted for resorting to disrespect of the armed forces and abusing freedom of press given by the people of India.
General Rawat is our honored chief of Army, no matter what incidence or coincidence. Phrase used by the author is in bad taste & undue advantage of the democracy. Right of expression of your opinion is to be curtailed, where it hurts the feeling of masses.
Thanks for the well scripted article. However ,i differ from the view of the Author. It is the Gen Job to outline and forewarn the threat perception of the country from all quarters. Also Differing from the Author..pl remember Gen Rommels tactics...Gen Rawat is only doing a fraction of it and A confident Gen is an Asset for th country.We dont want weak stooges. Our tax is paid for securing the country and for that a Courageous Gen is an Asset. The indian Army is one of teh Finest institutions and such loose comments and articles may better not be penned.

The article has to come, because congress has paid to rediff for these kind of garbage. Shame on rediff to give importance to such type of dustbin articles, but it is perfect for the IQ of rediff.
