Your thoughts are merely centered around what you chose to "look" at dear. Remove your colored glasses open your eyes to "see" things happening around. See all, don't choose to look at only certain aspects that your biases are forcing you to "look" at. Relax, meditate, do some yoga(if your biases don't associate it with the "bad feelings". For each and every bad feeling you listed there is a good feeling among the masses. You might chance upon those good feelings. Read about your ancestors and their contributions with an unbiased mind. It will help you to surge into the future with a positive mind.
Democratic right presently is being defined as anti-social, criminal and communal rights of a few corrupt intellectuals and politicians promoting anti-nationals separatists. Rename nation seems to be same. Need to redefine nationalism, secularism and democracy for a United India is important not business behind the nationalism.
