J&K is our internal matter and no less than Nehru himself had been on record that Art. 370 was temporary measure in view of the conditions created POST independence.He further reported to have famously said that even if whole of J&K is given to Pak on a platter there will be no peace or a permanent solution but more problems for India.Even otherwise Art 370,35A were originally meant to protect the original native Dogras from being swamped by outsiders like Punjabis British civil service settling down in j&K.Its utility has been conveniently changed as if they are meant for safeguarding interest of of Islamic ethnicity people who are actually settlers from west.Given this context former President late Venkatraman in his book is supposed to have recommended for trifurcation of the state as the permanent solution and for balanced growth of the three regions of the state.

You may have studied about insurgencies all over the world but your prescription for J&K is a disaster. The need is to integrate the state with the rest of the country but you are talking division. The countries which you have mentioned are law abiding & citizen friendly countries. If you beat up anyone there you are turned into jail unlike India where criminals are allowed to roam free. The biggest example is Narendra Moron who has become PM but who should be cursed. Similar for Bisht (UP CM).

On a hindsight , this may be a good option. Many bigger states in our Union have been bifurcated to allow for bett er governance. Also when the valley sees a better governance and development happening in the other parts, definitely it will give rise to questions in the Kashmir peoples mind .A positive thinking overall.
A big surgery is required to solve this problem, 70 years period is enough, due to Kashmir-biggest sufferer are muslims in India. We must push all separatists and pro PAK people from valley either by gun or arrange it through people of Jammu and rest of land as they did to Kashmiri Pandits. We do not want to see any anti national or anyone who does not have faith in our constitution. When everything is handled by Kashmiri in Kashmir including judicial system, what freedom they want, they want freedom from gun not through election process. Such rascals need strict hand with bullet.
