Raghavan's remark about the hug
by NG Nileshwar on Jul 23, 2018 07:23 AM

How can a hug be spontaneous when a wink follows it? Had this not been captured by the cameras, you could have claimed it to be spontaneous.
A hug turns into a mock after a wink.

I agree, how can a immature and low IQ person be a leader ... the pity is there are intelligent people who select their sub standard leader who is already a disaster in many instances.

There is no performance standards in Congress and leader selection process hence they are facing this problem... even young school going children understand that an incapable person cannot lead the party .... it is common sense and source of truth. Why congress is shying away from the truth that they need to bring a strong , capable , intelligent leader to lead their party.

There is 70% chance that by 2020, Rahul can become a Hom00 before he becomes Transgender before he becomes ape--reverse evolution. Some believe that that transformation has already happened.

why no trust motion fell flat

I totally disagree that Rahul had given hug as a goodwill gesture. I do not know how one can say that even after he winking?? He was mocking prime minister and should have been pulled up more severely by the house and his own party

No confidence debate
by purnanandam yedavally on Jul 22, 2018 11:46 AM

It should be realised that there is a NORTH / SOUTH divisde in India.
South stands for reason, education, moderation and common sense in most activities of life in general and politics in particular.
South has no love lost for Hindi.
South comprises 7 STATES - TELANGANA, ANDHRA PRADESH, KARNATAKA, KERALA, PONDICHERRY ,GOA AND TAMIL NADU.
To equate SOUTH TO EITHER TAMIL NADU OR KERALA is FOOLHARDY and these commentators and columninsts should know this.
AND SOUTH HAS NO LOVE LOST FOR HINDI and if the BJP insists on Hindi everywhere, it will surely lose all over south.

RAHUL'S TANTRUMS
by KRISHNAMURTHY V on Jul 22, 2018 09:16 AM

Raghavanji, It was a comedy show and Rahul Gandhi stole the show with his tantrums !!! The no-confidence motion came as a blessing in disguise for Modi and BJP to take the 'achievements of the government' to a larger section of the people. It was 'charcoal' on the face of the TDP, and the Congress and opposition parties that supported the motion.

The biggest joke of the year- Rahul has better command over English than Modiji. First ask him to pronounce 'Vishweshwaraya' properly, Mr. Paul.

Mr. Paul I have been reading your comments and never marked you to have command on English. Just by name you do not become an authority in English. English is our second language. As long we can covey our views in English it is OK. I am sure you must have followed his speeches during his visits to America etc. His vocabulary is above average. Yes his pronunciation is like any Gujrati. So what? Some times be honest before you comment on Mr. Modi.
