Wish somebody of Sanjay Parikh's family is killed by these goons and then see his reaction. He will go mad and then realise this PUCL is a paid agent of foreign govts inimical to Indian democracy. The people maimed / killed by these goons do not have any human rights.

Common man is helplessly watching. Only goons and politicians fight for the democracy in this country. Common man please vote carefully now.
The writer of this Article does not know the status of criminalizing Uttar Pradesh. First of all, he must use the proper name of the Chief Minister as Yogi Adityanath and not Ajay Singh Bisht because after sanyas he has changed his name. Do you mention Antania Maino for Sonia Gandhi Khan or Raul Vinci for his son? The law & order position in Uttar Pradesh can only be improved if all the criminals are settled and punished heavily. NHRC is a drama and they claim human rights violation for terrorists also. What are they doing in Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan etc. where hundreds of people are killed daily. It is a western concept and may be restricted to West only. Do all Islamic countries follow it while giving punishment to people? This writer is a bogus and paid media writer.
the point is after encounters how is the situation in UP...has the crime rate reduced...how many criminals remain in UP...mumbai may have become happy after encounters...is UP happy after the encounters?

CERTAINLY SIR, JUST BY BROWSING THROUGH THE NEWSPAPERS ONE CAN MAKE OUT THE DIFFERENCE. IF YOU WERE IN U.P. AND NOW YOU ARE IN U.P. YOU WOULD BE ABLE TO EVALUATE RELATIVELY.

Brother the crime disease is like cancer ,so some parts of the that body must be cut out and to recover that part it will take time. UP's new democratic govt needs some time.
So where was right to humanity (human rights) when innnocent kids, girls, and women were subjected to the worst kind of torture? Where were these so called PIL people?
The writer appears to enjoy the atmosphere of crime, pariwarwad and appeasement. Kudos to the 'Dictator'. Keep it up and fire one extra bullet from my side.
Indian society today has become breeding ground for phony advocates of democracy. These brainless idiots conveniently ignore the scourge of organized crime perpetrated by criminal political nexus.
Loopholes in law provide umbrage to some of the most brazen crimes in India. The trials last decades. Example are cases against Pappu Yadav, Shabuddin, Lalu Yadav and so on.
Elimination of hard core criminals and gangs so that harmony is restored in civil society is the duty of government.
These dime a dozen self styled vanguards of democracy never protest when security forces and police fall victims to crime.
Does this brainless idiot understands what is GENOCIDE ?
Had it been dictatorship, then worthless scum like Sanjay Parikh would have been in prison long ago.

Only the Court has the power to decide who is a 'hard core criminal'. But in encounters who concludes that one is a 'hard core criminal' and how?

Any one who evades law and attacks law enforcement officers when on their duty is a hard core criminal.
When attacked, the police do not run and file a case in courts seeking permission to retaliate.

Second, these phony scum bags in media talk about POLICE ENCOUNTER. An encounter involves two parties. They never mention act of attack from the other side. Always blame the police.

Yes, when the next non-bjp govt. takes power do the same to local fundamentalists and lynch gangs, shoot them there and then, no trials like the ones for babu bajrani, colonel et al. We will get rid of even more unwanted elements. Nice.
