I wish I was working in UN. I would rate Mumbai as fourth world city. Railways belong to british era, drainage belong to british era, museaum and architecture of city belong to british era, what did politicians in mumbai did? build flyover and allowed corrupt builders to choke this city.. Mumbai will never be reformed till 22nd century. For those who have some hopes, enjoy the gutter, drain and sewage.. you slave mentality indians deserve this
now time high for shiv sena and bjp heads to stop calling names to each other and concentrate on working for saving mumbai from dying otherwise it will boomerang on them in next elections
now they will do all the work they were suppossed to do earlier ,when media shows the mishap.do work after a problem till then keep sleeping and pass the blame to rains and delay proper developments
Mumbai is Bombay, a dirty old city ruled by dirty old archaic Shiv Sena. A most tomtomed financial capital is what it should not be, unlike New York, London, Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai or Tokyo. It is typical of centuries old India which is now rape capital of the world. Why not build a new Financial centre away from this dirty, waterlogged (below sea level)city.

The best centre is Ahmedabad. Madras is filthy and dirty so is Bangalore. UP and Bihar is ruled by thugs.

Ha Ha .. why blame shiv sena ..as if other political parties in india is setting example of good governance. Problem is somewhere else ..you get what you deserve ..
