India Sinking

This is the last step taken by 4 Honourable judges of Supreme Court to save India, still some ostriches don't want to see the truth, India is sinking & the last hope (Supreme Court) is also doomed, Attorney General, BCI & other foxes are saying that everything is solved(settled by hook or crook) but tell me - is CJI met those 4 Judges, "NO" this means that everywhere some forces are killing raising voices

Good one for a change

Rediff published one of the better article seriously questioning the ability of the judges in SC. Read this specific point:
"...have dealt a body blow to the faith of many Indians in the institution of the Supreme Court, by hinting that some benches are less qualified than other benches of the same court"

This shows these 4 judges don't believe all 25 judges are not qualified decide on case outcome but only handful of them including these who were complaining in front of media. In contrary, I now suspect probably these 4 are of questionable credibility and doubt they will decide on any case impartially.

Shame on Rahul Gandhi who tried to link this outburst to Loya's death and thanks to Loya's son who came out publicly supporting government and telling indirectly Rahul / Congress to shut up.

What did the Judges achieve?
by Anil Moharir on Jan 16, 2018 11:11 AM

These Four Judges out of shame should themselves resign their positions on their own or the President, who appointed them should dismiss them outright. There is no other face saving for them but to get out on their own.
