every one know what is the history of indian judiciary since 1947. then there is little corruption now person to person corruption. then Indira Gandhi playing now NM playing. appreciating any party is not acceptable and corruption in judiciary every one knows. recent matter Salman Khan without driving car get accident and person dies from troling the car this the judgement and who you are blaming your eyes is only congress. If any one favour with govt i.e. any govt he will free if he is little big against govt he is culprit. this is indian judiciary when political parties less bothered about indian image how common people? India itself is corrupt since 1947. it is britishers gift to India.

When Executive uses judiciary to subvert justice, undermine constitution and democracy it is okay with Sudhir Bisht. The corrupt author does not mention how Supreme Court was going to be used that very day to bury Justice Loya death inquires by quashing case by Justice Mishra rendering all PILs in Mumbai and Chandigarh automatically quashed. Corrupt Bisht must have written about it too.

Why he has to when the family of the justice Loya themselves came out to media to clear the air of any wrong doing with him? Just because it doesn't fit your thinking doesn't mean author is currupt.

It's not the judges
by Vijay Sahani on Jan 16, 2018 12:15 PM  | Hide replies

It's not the judges who dealt a body blow to the faith of Indians in the SC of India. It's sycophants like Sudhir Bisht who do it by sucking_up to the ruling political party and thereby damaging the faith of Indians in the political system.

This BJP "henchman"" should know that the CJI is acting in a biased manner when not even one of the 4 senior "collegiam" judges are not on the Constitutional Bench appointed by the CJI to go into 7 important issues which are going to affect the lives of 1.3 billion Indians significantly.

Instead of "worrying" about that this sycophant is talking about the damage to the "image" of the SC.

If at the damage is being done to the institution of SC it is being done by the CJI.

Sudhir Bisht has written a very logical and subtle article on the present crisis. He has raised the correct issue of why the four judges brought the issues into public domain what did they achieve by degrading the supreme court collegium into a public deabte. This reeks of political interference, just to prove that the present govt. is no good.

Some so called Super intelligent people who wrongly claimed to have very high IQ and have allergy towards a frank and non bias person like Sudhir Bhist should do their home work instead of writing nonsense all the time. They should very well understandknow that Chief justice of Supreme court has an absolute power to allocate the work of the court as an administrative head to whichever judge he like. There are no judges in the Supreme court are designated as senior or Junior. In tea meeting yesterday at the Supreme court, this four senior judges who held press conference faced barrage of angry words from four "junior Judges"asking why the meeting of all judges was not called before press conference. This four junior Judges took on "famous(?) four senior judges for bringing disrepute to the institution and providing "hawkish politicians"a handle to scheme and plot in the Judiciary's affairs. They were bluntly told that by going to the press, this four senior Judges wanted to show the world that only they are capable to handle any serious matter and other Junior Judges not. They told them that they have killed the institution, its reputation and maligned every single judge. The famous four senior judges had absolutely no reply to the questions from their own junior colleagues.

this is arrogance of designation.even in many companies many ppl who acheive some designation start to show lots of arrogance.it looks like one person enjoys dominating others for personal pleasure ,ego.

in smallest of the companies the moment someone achieves some designation.why suddenly their egos get inflated.they start to be rude ,intimidating others to show off their powers as if they
own the company.some mean ,shallow ppl like to see others scared of them always.they like to see
that others dont reply back to them and if anyone does reply back;then these mean ppl will use
their silly powers to down that person or even make him exit the company

so when ppl are holding high positions in bigger companies or organizations, what kind of dirty
arrogance these ppl would be having.?.this problem is everywhere.ppl with slave mentally r everywhere
one person in high position likes to see others behave like slaves to him.

seems pain of others gives immense pleasure to a few mean ,shallow ,arrogant ppl

These four judges were acting as conduit to NGOs, communists and cunning media likes of Sekhar Gupta, etc.
Once, CJI checked them, they came out publicly and have been exposed.
