"We are very concerned to hear 4 judges of the Supreme Court expressed concerns about the functioning of the Supreme Court">?Is there any provision in our constitution to express the concern of judges to the authority who administers the oath of office to the judges.Have the judges used the recourse to approach that authority or an authority like that to take up what they feel as threat to democracy.The threat to democracy must be said it public for democracy is for all .From Press meet we understand that some cases were not given to some specified lot who thinks that they should only hear the cases.Every individual is concerned that there is threat to democracy because or corrupt administration of Govts. but is helpless,Remember the case of an administrative officer who went Public on Time capsule affair and what he had to face because of that .My feeling in that days was that he was not wrong.An argument came later in news paper why he had to face what he was served with R.Ponnambalam
