It is nothing but like “Dig the Hill for Catching a Rat and it was ran away”! Politician's Cases are like that. What about the loss sustained to the Govt. Exchequer. Govt. of Bihar and Govt. of India have to be Answered for the Loss sustained due to Scam of Lalu. If the cases on politicians are such, every Politician can Grab and eat away Lakhs of Crores of Public Money for a megere Punishment of few Years IMPRISONMENT and few Laks of fine for Compensating 1000's of Crores of Public Money. My Mother Bharat when this situation will setright. Like Raja,Kanimoli,Sasikala,Jagan,Lalu,Rajiv etc. everybody can eat the Public Money and Came out from the Punishments / Responsibility for the Loss sustained to public Money.
Let all Indians are awake and Demand for an Act to cease entire Properties of the culprit politicians, Officials etc. including Benamis. Then only such Type of Scams can be arrested. Every Indian irrespective of caste, creed,Party should take an oath and made a SLOGAN that we will vote only to the party enact the above. OFCOURSE JUDGEMENT MAY BE WRONG OR RIGHT.. WHAT ABOUT THE MONEY USED IN THE SCAM..IS NOT THE MONEY OF PEOPLE. HOW TO RECOVER THAT..EVERY SCAM FINDING AND WERE PUNISHED BUT WHAT ABOUT THE MONEY INCLUDED IN SCAM..AND WHEN THEY WILL RECOVER..

the judge was very lenient in sentencing lallu for 3.5 years jail. cobsidering the level of scam at 900-1000 crores. the jailterm should be at least 10 years...very sad that he escapes easily.

Don't be so sad and don't be in hurry. This is only the first stage. He will come out on bail in a week and go to High Court. Then to Supreme Court. Then to two, three, five judges benches of Supreme Court. By the time case is finally closed, his great grandchildren would have attained 80 or 90 years age. Our Judiciary is very powerful.
