Why do they smuggle cows? They know the status of cow in the eyes of Hindus.If they provoke Hindus then they may face the backlash. These are the same people who do not hesitate to kill the non believers for being it. If they get the dose of their own medicines, they have no right to complain.

Sir, it is not only religious but also makes a question, if they do not have the ability to purchase the cow, then why they want to smuggle them. Then where is the difference with them and other smuggler's? If the religion teaches you not to smuggle other properties to get your self rich, then smuggling of cow is also a heinous act.
If you do not follow rules and decide to smuggle cows, then it is for law to decide what is to be done to you. Regarding an agitated mob, nobody can predict what they do. It is not for you to decide what punishment you deserve.
