When there is a law to protect cows why should someone try to smuggle cows and say that their life is at risk. It is wrong for vigilantes to attack physically but they can be handed over to law for legal action. Will these men deal with animals banned in Islamic countries indulge in smuggling them. The law of that land will punish them severely. Then why take laws in India as something not stern. I have seen how mercilessly bulls were tied by nose standing in tempos brought to Navi Mumbai frommpune for bull race. Is this human When bulls are tied by nose tightly and kept standing for more than 15 hours with no option for food water or relief. Last month three tempos were caught at Panvel city police station.
