As a person I respect MMS. But as a politician or as a PM, he seems to be the dullest person I have ever seen. The author is laying a foundation stone for the return of the Congress with a shadow PM. Now he is not in power and has the liberty to open his mouth. His mouth is like a pliers which opens only with the pressure of hand on its handle. Of course as a PM he is acceptable to all political parties. Strangely no political parties except few in Congress and its tail DMK no one accepts Rahul as PM.
