Any average intelligent person who can read, evaluate and judge by himself unbiased can find out that Kashmir issue was and is cultivated and nourished by selfish politicians. Kashmir will be no.1 state in India(Economically) if it is left for progress by politicians... How can a Paradise be turned into hell unless corrupt and selfish politicians ..
