If your state so rich then why more than half population running to Gulf? The truth is there is no industry except rubber industry, and the houses you are talking, is the gulf money where majority of you are working all kind of jobs.

Please go around kerala and tell where industry can start. All places are fragile end environmentally weak. The population density is also very high. Otherwise massive deforestation should take place for industry. Do you advocate that?

Most of the landslides have happened are in ecologically sensitive areas, greedy men in construction activites have all flouted norms, construction and blocking the normal waterways, resorts are built on hilltops, houses are built on river banks, building are constructed on land where water must drain, etc etc. This type of disaster is bound to happen again and again, if we dont follow the rules and recommendations.
