It is natures fury in retaliation of the insult to Cows. The Cows had been butchered by the people in Kerala streets. They have to bear the brunt of the nature for the same.

Correctly said, it is a curse on Kerala people for misdeed of congress workers by killing a small innocent calf (halal way, allow to bleed to death after cutting half throat of an animal) and then cut it into pieces, cooked it and eat it. All in full view of Kerala people on the street. The height of cruelty .

And since the monkey tribes in Uttarakhand were immensely more dumb, they caused much more harm to the even more structurally fragile Himalyan slopes and caused the 2013 floods and landsldes !
And look how these North Indian stuxpid monkeys suffered !
While about 360 died in Kerala due to the 257 % excess rainfall Kerala received this year, a relatively mere 42 % excess rainfall in Uttarakhand caused the death of more than 5700 of these stuxpid north Indians !!

According to Home Ministry Govt. of India notification dated 13 Aug. 2018, the death toll due to flood across 7 states of India is 774, in which more than half figure is in Kerala. You are fooling people by admixing death toll report of July 2013 in Uttarakhand, which was over 5000. But all were not local people, most of them were pilgrims from other state.
