These needs to be repeal immediately. The objections are coming from selected netas and separatists & their special stogies. They are making hay while sun shines. The people of J&K are not interested in such restrictions.
There is a provision that outsiders cannot buy property in the north eastern state of Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Nagaland & Meghalaya. Even to enter some of these states Indian citizens have to take a permit known as Inner line permit. So why single out Kashmir and challenge the provision in supreme court.

Why not? Kashmiris are allowed to own land and settle elsewhere in India. We will come to other states as well.. one state at a time
MOST RESPECTFULLY SIR, REPEAL 35A AND ALSO ART370 IMMEDIATELY. THESE BLUNDERS OF HISTORY WILL DISINTEGRATE THE COUNTRY. INDIA AS BHARAT WILL NOT EXIST. A FEW LIBERALS, BIRIYANI DIPLOMATS. TUKRE-TUKRES AND RELIGIOUS PAN INDIA FANATICS SHOULD NOT DECIDE THE FATE OF THE MAJORITY AS THEY ARE DOING IN EVERY SPHERE.
This type of law was made to keep people of Kashmir safe who were of sheep(soft) categories.Outsider could ruin these simple and sober people. But now scenario has changed and most of Kashmiris who were of sheep categories now became wolf categories and posing danger not only to their own people but equally danger to entire country.

Also the Muslims who are now in majority in Kashmir now having brutually driven out the last of the Hindus and sikhs by ethnic cleansing in the 90s, want this to remain for fear of losing the Majority Muslim status. so this article 35 A has to go.T Thirdly is it not amazing that Kashmiris being Indians can buy properties anywhere in the rest of India,but Indians in rest of counrty cannot do so in zKashmir, cannot do so. So article 35 A and then 37 both have to go. india is for Indians including Kashmir and POK.
If this would permitted. The POP Pak Occupied People will invite all their Community people who are living in India which are supporting Pak which are not "PAK" by humanity. & increase there power in JK & POK. So INDIA has to decide to keep them stay as they are.
