Kashmir is a part of India. It need not be repeatedly told. Once someone felt that Kashmir should have special status. In the coming years, the so called residents restricted to Muslims whereas when the special entity given, there were people of all communities. Pakistanis are entering and disturbing the peace of India. The loyalty towards the country of those remaining there is changing. The so called separatists want their own version, which is not acceptable to India. If a handful of people live there with different mentality, action should be taken against them. If those Kashmiris can roam the entire country, settle wherever they want, occupy posts in government and private organisations, why the remaining Indian people cannot enjoy the area of Kashmir. There is no reason for continuation of special benefits to be given at the cost of other States of the country. In the name of development, Kashmir is given lakhs of crores. Where is the development? Whose money is given for Kashmir development? It is the money of other States. Long years have passed. There should not be any delay. Kashmir should have benefits as any State and it should be accessible to the whole of Indians. Get the POK be cleared of outsiders and brought into Indian domain.. Jai Hind. Jai Bharat.

When any India can settle down in any state and buy immovable assets, why should Kashmir be any different. Only when everyone moves to kashmir and show them the love they are missing, they will understand the meaning of one-india.
The NGO We the Citizens have selectively filed a PIL against Art 35 A , without realizing that similar articles apply to MIzoram, Manipur, nagaland and even parts of Assam. There is no point in bringing up the petition only for J&K. If such rules are struck down, they have to be removed for the entire country.
