Any idea why SC/ST court is processing this case ?
Is this some Sc/St atrocity case ? If yes, then any one checked the genuineness of the case ?
Because , only recently did the supreme court has delivered a land mark judgement about how SC/ST atrocities law is abused and misused to settle scores by lodging bogus cases ?

We have seen lower courts being overruled by the High Courts in the Salman Khan( who killed two people in accident ) & Maya Kodnani ( who was accused of leading a murderous mob). I am sure Asaram would be acquitted on appeal to HC. While film stars kill people and innocent animals and go scot free on bail , Asaram has been behind bars for more than 4 years without Bail.
For eradicating rape, I would support the law to eradicate the rapist. No leniency should be shown to anyone for any reason such as age,Godman status, politician, etc.

Rapist don't have fear of law and are 99% confident that they will not be caught and prosecuted.
