Modi was an urdent devotee of Asharam and frequently visiting his ashram in Gujarat. Modi too spent time in the rooms where girls were around. Sad Asharam gets the fitting punishment and Modi remain at large for no one is daring to chase him to court.

Don't worry. Modi will get him out as he is doing with other hate mongers. Appeal in High Court and get the verdict changed.

I think Rape is a chance/opportunity appeared in the prevailing circumstances. I don't think any man goes out from home with the target of raping a women/girl. To avoid rape cases upto maximum extent government should declare prostitution as legal with proper registrations as Europe and Other countries are following. Also rape punishment laws are to be made more strict with the condition of completion of proceedings within one or two hearings.

This is a suggestion that has been mooted many times and is worthy of implementation. Prostitution may be reprehensible, but unfortunately the society everywhere has not succeeded in eliminating it. So, at least let us put it under some control.
1. All the Godsmen / Dogsmen, including babas, mullahs, pastors, etc should take a monthly test on morality and about his own religion and should score minimum. 2. They should also submit a monthly report what they have done in the month, which every month should be signed by three of his followers. 3. A special rating or impression report should be taken from all the wwomen followers of these Godsmen / Dogsmen. 4. A strong check should be imposed on the properties and utilization of funds by these Godsmen / Dogsmen. 5. Also English-learning should be made compulsory all these Godsmen / Dogsmen including roaming Sadhus. We know that most of these Sadhus are no more than beggars, cheats, laggards and vagabonds. 6. Also CCTV cams should be fit outside and inside the rooms (except in bathrooms) of all Godsmen / Dogsmen
