Will be good if a standard procedure can be setup for initiating impeachment , which ensures that leaders don't go to town about it, but speak with utmost restraint.Also,the right of the executive to consider impeachment should be recognized in an open way.
ought to have sensed what would be coming when their master sought to bury the Judge DH Loya murder case by leaving several of the inconvenient questions about and surrounding his death unanswered !

Impeachment is a constitutional provision which I hope will be exercised with utmost care, concern and consideration for the credibility of the institution of delivering justice. The first priority is to win the credibility of institutions back. Hope in the over activism the lawmakers do not lose the hindsight necessary for maintaining a balance in the democratic process.
The movers of impeachment have brought to a new low. Till now it was the Parliament. Now it is the Judiciary. A nation without a basic disclipine has come to a stage when democracy is in peril. At least, the judiciary could have been spared by the politicians. There was some sense of democracy when the judiciary was considered to be independent. The media which was blurting any thing and every thing under the earth and the Parliament which was totally indisciplined have already been degraded. Tommorrow the army could take clues for all the developments. And it should to instil some sense of discipline in all.
It is disgusting to know the crooked idea of impeachment by the UPA plus Communists. They should not degrade themselves just because they can not dictate CJI and other honest SC Justices.

It is time to de-recognize a few parties who play with law of the land and think themselves be supporting the cause brought out by some judges which came out to be the internal matter of the supreme court. The law and discipline breakers of judges are taking help of political parties to protect them against disciplinary action that could have come to them. The party which has taken aleading role to embarrass CJI and the Government is the party which vehemently went against judgement of the court and imposed emergency in India and destroyed the entire legal apparatus of India. The EC should take a suo-moto action against the political parties for de recognizing them who are unjustifiably pursuing of impeachment CJI.
