It shows that you want everything in public view

Dear Leaders of Opposition, It really looks like in your political quarrel with the BJP you seem to be ready to drag in the judiciary and the election commission into the mire of your political strife. You had better consider the consequences of what would happen just because you do not have a leftist oriented political structure that you have been used to since independence. which has been a pliant tool in your various games to convert fact into fiction. You might be pushing the people to choose for the very rightists you have been dead set against. You will now make appear like saints out to protect institutions like the judiciary and the election commission. Think before you act.

The court should have rusticated the rebel judges
by auryas on Apr 20, 2018 07:21 PM  | Hide replies

The court should have rusticate the rebel judges when they went public with their questionable grievances and disgruntlement.

The parliament is no more respected. 80% of parliament time is lost in disruptions as citizens helplessly watch MPs behaving like street hooligans.

Now, the desperation hit a new high with motion to impeach the CJI and media frenzy.

Media in INdia as it is a w^^house of sorts with no ethics or standards. No morals and no holds.

In essence we have chaos and MPs seem to be enjoying the ride.

Elections have become private business with citizens have no say whatsoever. Citizens are used as props in politicians fighting each other.

We have a crisis in this country.

The photo says it all. Same familiar face who came on road to save yakub menon, supported JNU brigade for their tukde nara, part of civil liberty forum where traitors like kavita krishnan are members ... So no point in discussing further on their intents..

This is the first mistake committed by the CJI. He should have taken action immediately. When some one knows the law thoroughly and wanted to neglect it he is punishable and should be punished.

D Raja

Why political parties give undue importance to communists like D Raja, the person alleged to be involved and responsible for the revolt by so called four senior Judges against Chief Justice. How many seats this communists has in both House of Parliament ? Only 16 out of 786 seats and still this people want to play mischief ? Let opposition bring impeachment notice against CHI and see how they will be failed miserably in their efforts to impeach CJI.

Unfortunate day for Indian Democracy.

There are so-called 4 pillar to democracy. Congress today succeeded to misuse all four.
First they misused officials. During emergency they misused elected representation. Every body know how they are misusing media. Now they wanted their choice of judge out of particular bench! so they are bringing impeachment motion! never heard! By looking this congress is curse on our country.
