This is a fit case to be handed over to CIA / FBI / MI-8, as Indians lack that brain and sharpness. Better the aggrieved seek such an action by depositing a few million $s in U S Courts or elsewhere.
The only point that remains to be answered is that why the present disclosures take 3 years to come out in open. Why not immediately upon death? Who would be better placed to answer this other than Mr. Bal. Credibility is secondary. The time lag in exposing the issue is an important fact for consideration. Why was no challenge posed upon the occurence of the incident? How did the alert press miss this opportunity?

There is no real motive to murder justice Loyla. By murdering him case which he had been dealing does not get closed, another judge would take over. Who are the people funding propaganda against supreme court judgement should be found out and case of contempt of court be institutes against them. Lord Krishna in the first chapter of Gita has very clearly told that life and death are not in the hands of any man. None other than Him who decides about it. In this case no agency appointed by HIM which could be around the Justice Loyla has ever been supported by the facts of the case to have motive to kill him. Justice Loyla died a natural deaths according to all facts and circumstances of the case. If some one has more facts, he should go to supreme court and seek a review. The ignorance based animus against RSS and BJP is the reason of self destroying initiatives of the opposition which seems to have been sold to be led by political party which has lost its leadership position.

The Congress presided over the 2G loot by Anil Ambani (oh, ok, attempted loot !) and by the DMK leaders, Raja and Kanimozhi.
Raja (and through him, Ms Kanimozhi) took a bribe of Rs 200 crores and allocated frequency out of turn at a throwaway price to Anil Ambani to enable the latter to make a windfall profit of tens of thousands of crores.
And the komaaaali party went to town with this and got a few percentage points increase in its vote share to 31 % and 282 LS seats in 2014.
But what did the komaaaali party do after coming to power ?
Instead of taking the 2G plunder case to its logical conclusion, the komaaaali party made the CBI weaken the case by not presenting evidence in court and by posting only junior CBI officers for the hearings and helped Raja and Kanimozhi and through them Anil Ambani, escape scot free !
What authority does the komaaaali party have now to talk about the corruption under the Congress party when it helped them get away ??
