The opposition alleged that sensitive cases were assigned to handpicked judges.Has Indian Judicial system stopped deciding cases on merit and have resorted to decide cases on sensitivity? Sensitivity of whom, the accused ?Where exists a case that is not sensitive to the accused?.Where in the constitution is the definition of sensitive and non sensitive cases?.In what state the sensitivity or nonsensitivity is decided and by whom?When a case is not allotted to a judge how he can say that case is sensitive?R.Ponnambalm

have any prove of illegal work that cji done it ? political party should not do any work that hurt our system . bjp govt. is a elected govt. so they have to allow work peacefully otherwise it is the lose of nation and weak our democracy.suppose when other than bjp govt.will come then bjp will do same thing . so politics must be there but that will be positive and nation for building. political party should remember they work for nation so do not do any work that spoil and damage the peace and development of nation and other country take advantage .

Hello! Rahul Gandhi is not in governement, It is for BJP government to take action now as they have all the power. I wonder why they are not taking any action now!
